IPS also provides trained, uniformed attired armed and unarmed security officers for asset protection and access control, and personal protection for celebrities, corporate executives, entertainers, dignitaries, politicians, and foreign royalty and their families. IPS protects assets for retail and manufacturing industries, state and federal facilities, and academic and financial institutions.

Interstate Protective Services, Inc. (Interstate), Interstate supplies trained unarmed, uniformed and blazer attired security personnel to protect and control persons at special events, retail environments, manufacturing facilities, institutions, residential properties and commercial complexes.

Guardian Security Company (Guardian), Guardian provides trained armed and unarmed uniform attired security officers to control access, protect assets and maintain order at commercial, institutional, municipal, state and federal sites.

International Research Services, Inc. (IRSI), IRSI provides a full range of investigative services including; background investigations, interviewing, mystery shopping services, undercover operatives and investigations, surveillances, store detectives, and monitors employee adherence to company policies through a unique auditing process. IRSI utilizes only professional, experienced investigative personnel to provide these discrete services to our clientele.

Intellisearch, Inc., Intellisearch provides drop safes to protect the deposits of its clients, as well as polyethylene tamper evident deposit containers with unique security closures to secure deposits during the money transport process. Intellisearch also provides “Hot Line” telephony services to provide valuable information from employees to and for corporations. Intellisearch also provides a proprietary, non-invasive,
state-of-the-art drug wipe testing system to ascertain the presence of the five most abused drugs in the work place.

Florida IPS, Inc. (Florida IPS), Florida IPS provides trained, armed and unarmed uniformed security personnel to a wide range of clientele, to provide access control, crowd control and asset protection services. Florida IPS also provides a complete range of investigative services, with professional, experienced, and well trained investigators.

Global Tracking Systems (GTS), Supplies sophisticated monitoring and tracking back-end software, video surveillance, global positioning technology, exception reporting, location based services (LBS) and tracking of vehicles and mobile wireless devices. The GTS proprietary software applications provide simultaneous voice and data communications for both overt and covert tracking and monitoring applications. The GTS back-end software system with its graphical user interface (GUI), is being fully integrated with video, radio frequency identification (RFID), and biometrics.

Strategic Management Solutions (SMS), Strategic Management Services (SMS) is a telecommunications oriented technology center and operates our C-5 corporate Command & Control Communications Center which supports a proprietary telephony software system for real time monitoring and scheduling of personnel for SSG and our Clients. C-5 supplies a series of ‘800’ line services for use by Clients to enhance their employee / customer relationship. C-5 also enables affordable wellness services for Caregivers to Seniors to include medicine reminders, and Youthcare Services for single moms and working parents which will supply real Peace of Mind. Meditalk encourages interactive two way exchange between doctors and patients. SMS is also responsible for directing our Alarm Response and Patrol Service groups.
